Ouida (pronounced Weeda) Joi is a Change Strategist, Master Executive Coach, Development Professional, Transformative Facilitator, Trainer, Educator, and Speaker. She specializes in building capacity for community-based and faith-based organizations as they strategically manage growth and change. She is a "Solutionist," and her strengths are as a "Starter," "Fixer," and "Grower."  

 

With over three decades as an Executive Director and C-Suite Leader, Non-Profit and Small Business Consultant, Fund Development Professional, and over two decades in Spiritual Leadership, Ouida Joi brings a unique perspective to her consulting and coaching practice, offering clients deep insights into the change, growth, and transformation process.

Ouida Joi has an M.A. in Management and a B.A. in Behavioral Science/Psychology (Magna Cum Laude), with a Minor in French. She is a Certified Interim Executive Professional through the Third Sector Company, and received a Certificate after completing the Foresight Essentials training through the Institute for the Future in Palo Alto, CA. She also has a Certificate in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida.

Originally from Brooklyn, NY, Ouida Joi is an amateur Miksang photographer and enjoys facilitating mindfulness meditation,  writing, yoga, singing, traveling, and spending time in nature, especially at the Pacific Ocean. She is bicoastal and divides her time between the charming state of Delaware and the beautiful San Francisco Bay Area.
